The session served as a comprehensive platform to evaluate the various service and cultural initiatives undertaken throughout the year while establishing a strategic roadmap for upcoming organizational activities. The primary objective of the gathering was to ensure that the core values of the council are effectively disseminated to the public and that ongoing campaigns are executed with greater impact.

Branch secretary Surendra Soni conducted the proceedings, providing a detailed overview of past events and outlining the schedule for forthcoming regional and national programs. During the review, cultural coordinator Bhuvnesh Sharma highlighted the success of several key initiatives, including the Guru-Vandan student appreciation ceremony, the Bharat Ko Jano competition, national group singing contests, and traditional Kanya Pujan events. These programs have been instrumental in fostering cultural values within the community.

Service coordinator Amrish Mathur provided an in-depth report on the operational status of the council's medical equipment bank. He discussed the rising demand for various therapeutic devices and emphasized the importance of maintaining a streamlined process to ensure that essential medical aid reaches those in need promptly. The discussion also touched upon environmental conservation efforts, with members proposing practical steps to be implemented during the winter season and throughout the coming year.

Regional joint general secretary Vinod Sen noted that the council's annual cycle of service and cultural programs is nearing its conclusion. He announced that the most prestigious event of the year, a regional-level debate competition, is scheduled for January 12. Preparations are currently underway, with various committees being formed to oversee the event, alongside the production of a special national souvenir and active advertising efforts. Sen praised the Didwana branch for its unique achievements, noting that the dedication of local members has earned the branch recognition across the country.
