Alwar Congress Leaders Strategize for Upcoming Local Body Elections

ALWAR. The Alwar District Congress Committee held its monthly organizational meeting on Tuesday at the new party office in Ambedkar Nagar. The session focused on bolstering the party structure down to the booth level, preparing for the forthcoming panchayat and municipal elections, and addressing pressing public interest issues. Senior leaders emphasized that the true strength of the organization lies in its dedicated cadre and urged members to maintain regular communication with the public.

AICC General Secretary and former Union Minister Bhanwar Jitendra Singh addressed the gathering, directing block and mandal committees to conduct regular meetings. He stressed the importance of identifying local issues at the village and ward levels to formulate effective solutions. Singh called upon party workers to actively engage with citizens, gather feedback from senior leaders and local residents, and cultivate strong, acceptable leadership in every region to prepare for the upcoming electoral challenges.

Leader of the Opposition in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, Tikaram Jully, highlighted the party's ongoing efforts to champion the rights of the common man. He encouraged workers to remain vigilant and vocal about public concerns, ensuring that the party remains a robust voice for the people. District President Prakash Gangawat echoed these sentiments, urging office bearers to perform their duties with integrity and maintain active contact with the grassroots to keep the organization dynamic.

District Co-in-charge Maya Suwalka emphasized the need for unity among block presidents, urging them to lead by example. She suggested that party members should actively inform the public about the various welfare schemes implemented during the previous Congress government. The meeting also served as a platform to discuss strategies for upcoming protest programs and the expansion of the organizational reach across the district.

The event concluded with a formal reception for Bhanwar Jitendra Singh by the newly appointed office bearers of the OBC department, led by District President Om Prakash Goliyan. Prominent leaders including Kanti Meena, Mangilal Meena, and Lalit Yadav were present, alongside a large number of party representatives. The attendees collectively resolved to work with renewed vigor to ensure the success of future organizational initiatives and electoral campaigns.
