In an initiative led by District Collector Abhishek Surana, a special book dialogue event was held at the Collector's residence to foster academic interest and career guidance among local youth. The event brought together students and teachers who excelled in a district-wide library interest competition, providing them with a platform to interact with administrative officials and gain insights into professional development.

Addressing the gathering, Collector Surana highlighted that true success in any career path requires a delicate balance between passion and ability. He defined passion as the pursuit of activities that bring genuine joy, while ability represents the capacity for hard work and efficiency. He encouraged students to dream big and make career choices based on their own original thinking rather than solely following family expectations, emphasizing the need for clear professional goals.

The discussion also explored emerging career opportunities in sectors such as agriculture, startups, and India's soft power, including culture, arts, and music. During a specific interaction with Pradeep Suthar, a student from Rupalisar, the Collector discussed the potential for entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector. He further acknowledged the profound role of teachers in nation-building, noting that a single educator influences thousands of lives throughout their career.

Superintendent of Police Nishchal Prasad M advised students to avoid chasing superficial glamour and instead focus on identifying their personal interests, as their chosen field will define their future. He encouraged the youth to aspire to become job creators while maintaining a spirit of service to the nation. Additionally, trainee IPS officer Abhijit Patil provided guidance on preparing for the UPSC examinations, stressing the importance of holistic personality development, reliance on foundational books, and maintaining consistency in studies.

The event concluded with an awards ceremony where top-performing teachers and students from various blocks were honored with certificates and books. Notable winners included Vimla from Jaysangsar, Urmila from Kotwad Tal, and Vinod Kumar Suvata from Chainpura Chhota among the teachers, while students like Lakshmi Bajia, Kanchan Verma, and Sneha Prajapat were recognized for their outstanding performance at the district level.
