Karauli Launches Seva Setu Camps to Resolve Public Grievances at Local Level

Karauli. The Karauli district administration has launched a comprehensive outreach program titled Seva Setu Abhiyan, aimed at bringing government services directly to the doorsteps of rural residents. Under the guidance of District Collector Akshay Godara, these special camps were established on Sunday, September 27, across various Girdawar circle headquarters throughout the district. The initiative is part of the broader state government mission to ensure that public service is treated with the highest priority, effectively bridging the gap between citizens and administrative offices.

Revenue-related matters are being handled with particular urgency during these sessions. Officials are actively processing applications for land mutation, record corrections, boundary demarcations, and the resolution of long-standing path disputes or encroachment complaints. By consolidating these services at the local level, the administration seeks to eliminate the need for villagers to make repeated, time-consuming trips to district headquarters for routine documentation and legal land issues.

Beyond revenue concerns, the camps serve as a centralized hub for a wide array of public welfare departments. Personnel from health, agriculture, animal husbandry, and food security sectors are present to assist citizens with their specific needs. Furthermore, residents are receiving support regarding social security pensions, Jan Aadhaar enrollment, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana applications, and urgent infrastructure issues related to electricity and water supply. This multi-departmental approach ensures that diverse grievances are addressed in a single visit.

The outreach effort spans numerous locations, including Kailadevi and Maholi in Karauli tehsil, Kanchanpur in Masalpur, and various sites in Hindaun, Shri Mahaveerji, Sapotra, Mandrayal, Todabhim, Balghat, and Nadauti. Specific camps have been set up in areas such as Padampura, Kariri, Mahaswa, Bhopur, Gudhachandraji, Badagaon, and Kaimla to maximize coverage for the rural population.

District Collector Akshay Godara has issued strict directives to all participating officials to prioritize the resolution of both pending and newly submitted applications. The administration aims to ensure that no citizen is left waiting for essential services, thereby streamlining the delivery of government benefits. By fostering a proactive environment, the district hopes to resolve local challenges efficiently while enhancing the overall accessibility of public administration for the people of Karauli.
