Scheduled Power Outage to Affect Sawai Madhopur Areas on Wednesday Morning

SAWAI MADHOPUR. Residents across specific sectors of Sawai Madhopur are advised to prepare for a planned electricity disruption scheduled for Wednesday, September 23. The Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has announced that power supply will be suspended to facilitate critical maintenance and technical upgrades on the 33 KV Pachiplya transmission line, aimed at strengthening the local electrical infrastructure.

According to the office of the Assistant Engineer, the power shutdown is slated to begin at 7:00 AM and is expected to last until 10:00 AM. This three-hour window is necessary for technicians to perform essential repairs and system improvements that cannot be safely conducted while the lines are energized.

The outage will impact all consumers connected to the 33/11 KV GSS Pachiplya substation as well as those served by the Lorwara feeder. Residents and business owners in these affected areas are encouraged to plan their daily routines accordingly to minimize any inconvenience caused by the temporary loss of electricity.

Jaipur Discom officials have requested the cooperation of the public during this maintenance period. They have emphasized that the work is vital for ensuring a more reliable and stable power supply in the long term. Once the technical teams complete the necessary upgrades and safety checks, the electricity supply will be restored to the affected regions immediately.
