Jaipur Hosts Vibrant Miss Ocean World Pre-Finale
Jaipur, the Pink City known for its rich heritage and vibrant traditions, transformed into a global stage on Friday as Grassfield Valley on Delhi Road hosted the pre-finale of Miss Ocean World and Miss Celeste India. Organized by Fusion Group under the guidance of Yogesh Mishra and Nimisha Mishra, the event radiated glamour and cultural pride, captivating attendees with its blend of artistry and purpose.
The evening unfolded with two standout segments: the National Costume Round and the Talent Round. In the National Costume Round, contestants from 20 countries competing in Miss Ocean World showcased their cultural heritage through intricately designed costumes, each telling a story of tradition and identity. From vibrant textiles to symbolic accessories, the presentations were a vivid celebration of global diversity. Meanwhile, Miss Celeste India finalists took center stage in the Talent Round, delivering performances that ranged from classical dance to contemporary acts, earning admiration for their skill and charisma.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Aravalli Hills, Grassfield Valley provided a scenic and symbolic setting. Sunil Bansal, a key figure at Grassfield Valley, emphasized the environmental theme of this year’s Miss Ocean World. “Hosting this event amidst nature’s beauty aligns perfectly with our mission to promote environmental awareness,” he said. The venue’s natural charm, paired with dazzling lights and elegant decor, created an enchanting atmosphere, as if the stars themselves had descended to witness the spectacle.
The pre-finale was judged by a distinguished panel, including Laura Hudson (Miss Ocean World 2023), Alisa Miskovska (Miss Ocean World 2024), Angul Zaripova (Runner-Up, Miss Ocean World 2024), Soumya C.M. (The Miss Globe India 2024), Ekta Jain (Director, INA Solar), and C.P. Rathore (Director, Miss Ocean World). Their expertise ensured a fair and thoughtful evaluation of the contestants’ performances.
Sunil Bansal served as the Chief Guest, adding prestige to the evening, while choreographer Shahrukh Khan and host Rakesh Sharma brought energy and flow to the event. Their contributions ensured a seamless and engaging experience, keeping the audience enthralled throughout.
